These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts within the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction, unless the law provides otherwise.
The application reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the application following the publication of the modifications constitutes acceptance thereof.
All rights related to the application—including the trade name, logo, content, and software—are owned by the application, and may not be used without written consent.
The application is committed to protecting user data and using it in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable regulations; such data is not disclosed except in cases permitted by law.
The application acts as an electronic intermediary between the user and the rental companies, unless otherwise stated. The rental company is responsible for the vehicle, its maintenance, and its delivery. The application bears no responsibility for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
The lessee is liable for all traffic violations or government fees incurred during the rental period, and the rental company or the application reserves the right to collect them after they are issued.
Cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation. Refunds are processed via the original payment method, within the specified timeframe.
Rent and additional fees are to be paid via approved payment methods. The user agrees to the deduction of any applicable charges, such as: Late fees. Traffic violations. Fuel charges (for missing fuel). Damages not covered by insurance. Extraordinary cleaning fees, if applicable.
In the event of an accident, the competent authorities and the rental company must be notified immediately. The renter is liable for the insurance deductible as specified in the insurance policy and the contract. The renter is liable for all resulting damages in cases of violation, negligence, or unauthorized use.
The lessee agrees to the following: Using the vehicle in a lawful and safe manner. Not allowing any unauthorized person to drive the vehicle. Not using the vehicle for racing or illegal activities. Complying with traffic regulations and official instructions. Immediately reporting any accident, breakdown, or theft.
The lessee is required to pick up and return the vehicle at the specified time and location. The lessee shall bear any additional charges resulting from a delay. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, subject to normal wear and tear.
Booking confirmation is subject to vehicle availability. The displayed rates include only what is specified in the booking details. A refundable security deposit may be required, in accordance with the rental company's policy. The renter must meet the age requirements and hold a valid driver's license.
All submitted data must be accurate and up-to-date. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The application reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account found to be used in violation of the rules.
By using the application or creating an account, the user acknowledges having read and agreed to these terms and conditions and commits to complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Application: An online platform that allows users to search for and rent cars from authorized rental companies. User: Any person who creates an account and uses the application's services. Rental Company: The entity that owns or operates the cars listed on the application. Booking: The process of requesting and renting a car through the application.
Welcome to the [RentalGate] application, an online platform that enables users to book and rent vehicles from authorized car rental companies within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the application or creating an account, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Car rental staff may refuse to release the vehicle to you in the following situations: 1- If you fail to arrive or collect the vehicle at the scheduled time. 2- If you do not meet the eligibility requirements for renting the vehicle. 3- If you do not possess the required documentation. 4- If you have an outstanding balance or an unpaid debt with the car rental company. 5- If the booking details do not match the details of the person collecting the vehicle. 6- If the credit card details do not match the details of the person collecting the vehicle. Should this occur, please contact us to cancel your booking; you will receive a refund minus the cost of the first day's rental, after which you will no longer be entitled to a refund.
By using our services, you agree to all of the terms and conditions stated above.
First: Scope of Policy This policy governs the cancellation of car reservations and refunds paid through the application and applies to all users who book a vehicle via the application. Second: Cancellation by Customer The customer may cancel the reservation through the application before the pickup date. The cancellation fee is calculated according to the remaining time before the car pickup date, as follows: (4) hours before the reservation date, only the service fee will be charged; less than (4) hours before the reservation date, a full day's charge plus the service fee will be charged. Third: Cancellation by the Rental Company If the reservation is canceled by the rental company due to the unavailability of the car or for any reason attributable to them: the customer is entitled to a full refund. The application may, subject to availability, provide an alternative car of the same category or
To complete your booking on the Rental Portal app, you must be registered with the "Absher" system and possess the following documents: National ID and Driver's License: Both the ID and driver's license must be valid for at least six months prior to their expiration date. Credit Card: The car rental company may require a credit card upon vehicle pickup to hold a security deposit. The deposit amount is determined by the vehicle type and is refunded upon return, subject to the rental company's terms and conditions regarding the vehicle's condition and any excess mileage; the Rental Portal app bears no liability in this regard. Age Requirement: The driver must be at least 21 years old. Some companies may apply fees for drivers under the age of 21; you will be notified of any such additional fees if you provide your correct age during the booking process.
